Dawn was very personable and patient with me. I had a lot of picky criteria to meet for the "perfect house" and we looked at a lot of houses over a rather lengthy period of time. Getting back to me very promptly whenever I texted, Jade was also extremely quick to make viewing arrangements and make herself available to look at houses at times convenient to my schedule. It was a pleasure walking through houses with her, in part because I never had any sense that she was trying to 'sell' a property -- she was fun to note features with and was very clearly there just to work with me to help me find the perfect house for my family's needs. Thanks to Jade, my family and I were able to find and close on a house we absolutely love, a house so perfect that the home inspector I hired, after his lengthy inspection, shook his head in amazement, wondering, "How did you manage to get this place in this housing market?!"
