Ellen Zern was a fantastic Real Estate Agent. She listened to what I was looking for and went one step further. I was looking for a small rental but she was able to find a condo for purchase at a below market price. I fell in love with the surroundings immediately. She suggested a price offer based on the work that needed to be done on the unit. The deal went through within a day. I am also in love with the idea that it leaves a lot of room "to make it mine".

When we finally got serious about our house hunt, I knew Tracy was the perfect person to help us. I appreciated her extensive knowledge, willingness to travel, flexible schedule, and, most importantly, her transparency throughout the search. We encountered quite a few homes that looked like they belonged in an HGTV special for all the wrong reasons. Each time Tracy spotted something that was not up to code or could be a future issue, she immediately voiced her concerns. As we approached the end of our home-buying process, the mortgage company we were working with stopped responding and completely ghosted us. Thankfully, Tracy had an amazing backup plan. She introduced us to a reliable mortgage provider who got us through the final stages and even helped us find a lawyer for closing. The whole experience was a godsend. It is difficult to put my feelings into words in regards to working with and my overall experience with Elizabeth. I almost feel as if the 'star' ratings and these words can simply not do justice to how much of an impact Elizabeth had on our first time home buying experience. It was after only a few short minutes that my fiancé and I knew that Elizabeth was perhaps one of the best real estate agents we could have ever hoped for. As we feared that any real estate agent would be pushy and arrogant, Elizabeth was comforting, kind and always had our best interest in mind. Elizabeth knew the area extremely well-- even steering us away from houses that she didn't see fit for our specific lifestyle and overall well being. While it is clear that Elizabeth truly holds an expert level of understanding within her craft, what I liked most about Elizabeth was her honesty. If she didn't know the answer to something, which was rare, she was truthful and was able to complete successful and scholarly research to get us the correct answers. She never once led us in the wrong direction. Not once. Most importantly, she went the extra mile to truly understand who we were as human beings in order to find out what home would best fit our needs. I cannot say enough how compassionate, positive and professional she was during this process. I would say her negotiation skills are one her strong suits even in the most difficult and stressful times of negotiations. I was continuously impressed with her organizational skills. She even conducted outside research, without our request, to answer any questions we had---- before we even asked the question! She is amazing. I cannot recommend her enough. I have already recommended her services to my family members, closest friends and even colleagues.
