Even with the "fixer" issues, we ended up with a quick, smooth sale, and Greg helped us negotiate a price higher than we had hoped for. It is always reassuring when everyone you work with in a home purchase from the inspector, to the mortgage lender, to the closing attorney all mention "you chose the right realtor!" It makes a difference having the right person to work with that not only quickly identifies the appropriate type of home for you but also has the technical knowledge to identify potential issues and then when the time comes, being able to coordinate and connect you with the right people that know how to execute a sale efficiently. It only took a couple iterations of virtually viewing a few different homes and providing some feedback before Greg identified a home that checked all of our essential boxes. We only needed to visit this one property in person to know that was the one we wanted. We had a relatively tight timeline between contract to close and all steps laid out by Greg were executed efficiently in time for closing. Couldn't be happier, thank you!
