My parents and I were in the Market for our Dream Home and we got that! Danny not only listened to our wants and needs, he kept us in our budget!!! He would send us a newsletter of new homes on the market; but he also sent us homes through texts that matched what we were exactly looking for! We walked through this home and fell in love! There were a few homes we got to take a tour in and it was perfect! The tours weren’t awkward at all & Danny made them fun! We got to see in person what we liked about homes and what we disliked! He didn’t over bid on the home to just feed his pockets, he priced it fair and knew we had a likely chance! Only one Bid & We got the House! This isn’t just luck, it is Strategy.
