Cindy was knowledgeable, prompt, and professional throughout the process of finding and purchasing our home. We have known her since moving to New London six years ago, when she helped us find a rental apartment. In the intervening years, we appreciated that Cindy kept in touch over the years and remained familiar with our needs/wants, which made it quite easy to transition when we were ready to begin looking to purchase. We particularly appreciated Cindy's extensive connections in the area, calm demeanor, and quick response time, all of which made the purchase process smooth. We highly recommend Cindy's services!

Don handled the sale of my house and the purchase of my new home very professionally. He advised me of my costs in advance and handled the whole process including the rental application process for the over 55 park that I moved to. He was so very helpful whenever a problem arose during this whole process sometimes even though it was not his responsibility.
