Carol York was readily available to answer questions, concerns and to listen. I was completely in the dark going into this and was amazed about how little I knew and how much I learned. Lots of papers to review but Carol helped me through each step of the way. The best way for me to sum it up is that even though I did not have to pay any commission to Carol, as the buyers were without an agent as well, I gratefully paid as the help was that valuable to me.
