Luis Torres recently was our sellers agent. Handled our family's estate settlement with the utmost of compassion and diplomacy. Luis has also represented my family in the past as a buyer's agent. His skillful expertise of how he represented us then was why we asked him to work with us this time, when we recently sold. Amazingly, we were offered above the asking price 90 minutes after the first showing. We fully recommend Luis to anyone who is in the market to either buy or sell real estate.

Luis Torres is a comsumate professional and his trustworthiness is beyond reproach. I put 100% trust and faith in his word and his ability to put my needs first in the sale of my house. Not only does Luis know the real estate business, he knows people. His untiring work ethic enabled me to rest assured that every little detail was covered in the my complicated sale. In the end, Luis sold my house and swiftly and efficiently handled every potential problem that came up. Thank you to Luis and his competent associates who had my best interest in mind during the entire process. My highest reccomendation. Jerome A.
