Ashley Chaia did a fantastic job handling the sale of my multifamily property located at 100 Saybrook. Ashley had her hands full as one of the tenants was put in a conservatorship and we had to deal with probate court. Despite all of this she was still able to get me an above ask offer. I recommend Ashley Chaia for anyone looking to buy or sell multifamily properties anywhere in Connecticut. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and definitely takes pride in her work.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Maureen for her empathetic and capable support through selling my family home. She was my advocate, always looking out for my best interest, and made the stressful nature of moving and selling a home manageable. She helped me pack the entire home, move everything, and settle in to my new space. She always was always on top of the logistical and legal aspects moving and selling a home. There is nobody else I would rather work with or have sell my home! Thank you!
