Dawn was very personable and patient with me. I had a lot of picky criteria to meet for the "perfect house" and we looked at a lot of houses over a rather lengthy period of time. She was great at pointing out not only the positives to the houses we looked at but possible short comings as well after getting to know our lifestyles. From beginning to end, Jade was a lovely, helpful, and professional person to work with. I can't recommend her highly enough. Getting back to me very promptly whenever I texted, Jade was also extremely quick to make viewing arrangements and make herself available to look at houses at times convenient to my schedule. It was a pleasure walking through houses with her, in part because I never had any sense that she was trying to 'sell' a property -- she was fun to note features with and was very clearly there just to work with me to help me find the perfect house for my family's needs. Because I was looking in an extremely 'hot' market, I truly appreciated her willingness to answer questions and support me as I thought through offer amounts and such -- again, never pressuring, but always helpful, responsive to my questions and concerns, and objective. Thanks to Jade, my family and I were able to find and close on a house we absolutely love, a house so perfect that the home inspector I hired, after his lengthy inspection, shook his head in amazement, wondering, "How did you manage to get this place in this housing market?!"
