Excellent experience using Sara. She was professional, knowledgeable, and of great assistance helping us navigate the process! Highly recommended!

Working with Sara has been an absolute pleasure. The first time was a purchase, I was so impressed with her knowledge and experience, I won the house solely because of her! The second was a sale, and man oh man, I know the market is good, but it was so easy and sold in 4 days well above asking! It was so amazing to work with someone so knowledgeable! If you are buying or selling Sara will get it done for you! A million stars if I could!

I was recommended to Sara through a mutual friend A close elderly friend needed to sell his rental property and the tenant neglected the property Despite the condition of the home , the property was in a desirable location and the home salvageable As soon as the eviction was processed Sara wasted no time in getting the home sold , in winter months for a very fair price and in less time than we anticipated . She listened to the desire of the owner and instead of just ditching the property on the first offer , she took several offers and negotiated fairly and equitably for my friend who was extremely pleased with sara and ger efforts Sara always stays in contact and is reachable She walked my friend through the paperwork and made it easier on him as an elderly man And went way above and beyond to seek a family to purchase this property and home She well exceeded our expectations and we will highly recommend her for your real estate needs We can write all day about Sara and her excellence in real estate You will definitely get the best service with a person that truly listens with Sara
