Nick was very understanding to our very delicate sale and went above and beyond many times for us. Very personable and compassionate. Cindy also was very supportive in our delicate transformation.

As a first time home buyer I didn't know how or where to begin, often feeling overwhelmed about  the process of getting a home. That's  until I met Rovi agent Kate Gervais. On our intial meeting she listened to my preferences and answered all my questions.  Kate came up with a well thought out game plan on how to execute this task going forward based on my individual circumstances and needs. After the first meeting she immediately began showing me listings that met my criteria. Kate consistently kept me in the loop as well as her being available for me to contact at anytime.  I had quite the difficult seller but Kate was there every step of way to advocate for me as her client.  Kate is the kind of Realtor you want in your corner. She went above and beyond  for me and I'm sure she will for you, if you select her as your Realtor.
