Anne was great to work with the purchase of this home. It was not a traditional sale but she ensured everything went smoothly. She kept on top of contingency dates, showings, and inspections. Anne was easy to work with and extremely responsive for any questions I had. Her professionalism and experience helped the closing stay on track. I would highly recommend Anne to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Eastern CT.

This is our first house and Anne was helpful through the process. She explained everything well and kept us up to date as she was communicating with the selling agent.

Anne provided exactly what we needed. We were looking for something very specific in a certain area near UConn and she was patient, always answered our questions, was timely in her responses and if she didn't have a question answered on the spot, she was quick to get us answers. She also provided us with a list of service companies for some repairs before move in. Very smooth process. And came to us upon an excellent referral.
