After seeing several rentals with her she asked if she could list our home of nearly 20 years that we were preparing to sell and we readily agreed to list with her. Gintare was encouraging and gave us some helpful advice as we prepared our house for listing. She did not hesitate to seek advice from co-workers when uncertain about listing details. The lawyer and staff that she recommended for our closing were top notch and extrememly helpful. All in all a very satifactory experience.
