From beginning to end, Jade was a lovely, helpful, and professional person to work with. I can't recommend her highly enough. Getting back to me very promptly whenever I texted, Jade was also extremely quick to make viewing arrangements and make herself available to look at houses at times convenient to my schedule. It was a pleasure walking through houses with her, in part because I never had any sense that she was trying to 'sell' a property -- she was fun to note features with and was very clearly there just to work with me to help me find the perfect house for my family's needs. Because I was looking in an extremely 'hot' market, I truly appreciated her willingness to answer questions and support me as I thought through offer amounts and such -- again, never pressuring, but always helpful, responsive to my questions and concerns, and objective. Thanks to Jade, my family and I were able to find and close on a house we absolutely love, a house so perfect that the home inspector I hired, after his lengthy inspection, shook his head in amazement, wondering, "How did you manage to get this place in this housing market?!" I'm still not sure myself, but I know a huge part of it is absolutely due to Jade. Again, I can't recommend her highly enough. She was a dream to work with.

Mick sold my house, thank God. I said to Mich I will only give you minimum time to sell my house which is 90 days (April) and he said with confidence, I won't need 90 days and he kept his word. I was in a solid contract (May). It was challenging but I really wanted to downsize, and Mich did it for me. I moved out by the end of June. I give Mich high recommendations, I was assured that he is honest and is very experienced and knows real estate, he supported my best interest, he did research in all housing aspects and let me know if renovations were certified by the city.
