Since we were living out-of-state, and had very specific needs and wants for the floor plan and property, it took us 9+ months to find our new home. While other realtors certainly would have wrung their hands about our choosiness, Jeff and Mel were always patient with us—doing walkthroughs with local family members, face-timing with us when we couldn’t be there for the initial viewing, and sending us detailed follow-up videos for further consideration.
