Dawn was very personable and patient with me. I had a lot of picky criteria to meet for the "perfect house" and we looked at a lot of houses over a rather lengthy period of time. Joe took the time to show me all the properties I was interested in while pointing out highlights of the neighboring areas. I was moving from out of state so Joe's knowledge of the area was indispensable. Joe's experience in the real-estate business was evident while helping me navigate through the entire process which had to be done at a distance.
