I was in a solid contract (May). It was challenging but I really wanted to downsize, and Mich did it for me. I moved out by the end of June. I give Mich high recommendations, I was assured that he is honest and is very experienced and knows real estate, he supported my best interest, he did research in all housing aspects and let me know if renovations were certified by the city.
