What really stood out was her dedication. She goes above and beyond to make it a great experience for her clients. I highly recommend this realtor to anyone looking for a smooth experience. You won't find anyone more committed, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

My husband and I chose to work with Teater Realty when buying and selling our home, and we had the absolute pleasure of working with both Amanda and Jody. Because of the market and our unique situation with a loan assumption, the process took much longer than expected—nearly two years. It was difficult and exhausting at times, but Amanda was there every step of the way, and Jody was always ready to step in whenever needed. Their teamwork, dedication, and constant support meant everything to us. They truly went above and beyond—not only working tirelessly to sell our home and help us find our dream home, but also showing incredible patience and kindness to our entire family, including our four kids. Along the way, we built a genuine friendship with both of them, which made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for someone who is down-to-earth, committed, and will stand by your side no matter what challenges come up during the home-buying process, I cannot recommend Amanda and Jody enough. Amanda and Jody, Bryan and I are so grateful for everything you’ve done for our family. Thank you for your hard work, your patience, and for never giving up on us—even when things felt overwhelming. We truly appreciate you more than words can express.
