Steve was great to work with and explained everything thoroughly. Once we were ready to start making offers on homes we had found ourselves - Steve answered all our questions and was very thorough. When offer was accepted, everything was done in a timely fashion to get us in our new home in a 30-day close time window. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone that is willing to do the work of finding a home themselves and then getting a nice rebate credit (applied towards closing costs) at closing as a reward for your own work.
