For folks that tend to do a lot of their own research when finding a location and narrowing down homes that fit their needs - Steve has the perfect business model - where you are actually getting compensated at closing for half the buyer's agent commission - for all the hard work you've already done. Steve was great to work with and explained everything thoroughly. Once we were ready to start making offers on homes we had found ourselves - Steve answered all our questions and was very thorough. When offer was accepted, everything was done in a timely fashion to get us in our new home in a 30-day close time window. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone that is willing to do the work of finding a home themselves and then getting a nice rebate credit (applied towards closing costs) at closing as a reward for your own work.
