Luckily, John Garcia was referred to us by a neighbor when we decided to sell our home. After we accepted an offer on the house, we encountered some unexpected repairs and difficulties getting them done in a timely manner. With John’s help and patience though, eventually all of the repairs were completed and we closed on the house. John worked very hard on our behalf.
