I was not an easy client. I started looking for a home in Mesa County while still unapproved for a mortgage. What should have taken a few weeks drew out for months for various reasons. When I finally did land on my dream home, Cassidy suggested an offer(which was taken) and then walked my husband and l through the entire process. Cassidy is excellent at following up, negotiating, understands the market, the area, and mostly, respected what I wanted in a home. She is professional and motivated but really easy going at the same time. I highly recommend her ! Her partner Ashley also goes above and beyond the call of duty. She showed me a house too while Cassidy was out of town. She was very patient, answered all our questions and was super informed.
