When it came time to place offers, he told us the optimal time frame and how to avoid bidding wars. Nick accompanied us at closing, and has kept in touch since if we needed anything. We closed on time, we bought below asking price, and the appraisal came in exactly where he expected. Our experience buying a home was exceedingly smooth thanks to Nick.
