Coordinating a 3-Family Move During Covid

It was a mini miracle what we were able to pull off. My family approached Holly with the goal of each selling their house within a 1-2 week period in order to coordinate a move out of Colorado to Oklahoma. Fortunately, we were able to get about a dozen viewings during the first few days on the market despite all the uncertainty around covid19. While there were some hiccups along the way (some inside and some outside of our control), we were able to work together and meet our goals. She was also able to get us connected with a solid roofer that was able to prioritize our replacement and work with insurance to get almost 2/3 covered.

Sherri was great! She is very knowledgeable about all the processes involved in purchasing a home. She was always timely in her responses and excellent in her communication. Sherri was also patient with us making sure we were on top of responding to her requests to read through and sign documents as well as other important details. We felt confident and secure working with her, knowing that we were in good hands. Sherri has great rapport and is enjoyable to talk to. Overall, we were highly satisfied with everything and strongly recommend her to others.
