I knew nothing of the area, only that I needed to move there fairly quickly and had no time to mess about! Hence looking for only the best of the best, to help my husband (who had already started work out there) check out some areas and homes that looked like they may suit our needs. Jessica was hands-down better than any other agent I’ve worked with in the past. Communication was always clear and timely - calls, texts, emails were answered fast, not days later. She knew the area, the market, and made sure I had every detail I needed without sugarcoating anything. From coordinating virtual tours on my schedule, to showing homes after work hours to my husband, negotiating on our behalf, and handling paperwork and details I never would have caught on my own, driving my kids and I to check out our new home and to close on the house personally (thank you, we are so grateful!) she owned the entire process and made it SO easy breezy on us. Even after closing, she stayed on top of things- helping me meet other Moms in the area, utilities, and encouraging us to get a little bossy with the warranty guys if we needed to (it was a new build home), updating us on our home value and also cool local events…all things most agents would ignore once the deal was done.
