We decided to sell our house in Erie. The next step was finding a realtor. We had seen many ads, Facebook posts and emails from realtors in the area. We decided to start with Jessica Luginbill since she was the seller’s realtor when we bought the house 7 years ago. She came to our house to do a presentation and we were blown away with her knowledge of the market, ideas and plans to market and stage the house, and the prep work she would handle before putting the house on the market. She said she would have the house professionally staged, thoroughly cleaned, windows washed inside and out, and a professional photographer would prepare photos for a web page and marketing materials. We knew we didn’t have to look any further. We were splitting our time between Colorado and Arizona, so we moved back to Colorado to clear out the house. We spent 6 weeks packing a pod, giving stuff away, donating stuff and throwing stuff away. We finished our part on May 19 and moved back to Arizona, while Jessica and her team took over the staging, cleaning and marketing. The online photos and marketing materials were incredible. The house was listed on May 27, showings started May 28 and we received our first offer May 29. After negotiations, we accepted the offer and were under contract. Since we were out of state, we worked closely with Jessica on the inspection resolutions. She was on top of every inspection item and made sure things were handled, as she communicated with the buyers. The buyers wanted to close by June 18, making it a tight window to get the details handled. My wife and I were stressed about the schedule and inspection repairs, but Jessica made sure everything was done when it was supposed to be and that everybody stepped up to meet the timeline. We closed as planned. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. We recommend Jessica and her team whole heartedly!
