A true master of his field, Steve Kinney is in a whole other league of realtor. His top notch expertise, experience, vast knowledge, and insight make him truly a gem. I appreciate all the guidance and wisdom he had for us when buying a house. Add to that his genuine personality and love for the community- we would recommend him 10 times over.

This is the second time we have worked with Steve, and he never fails to surpass our expectations. He is efficient, communicative with a reliably fast response, and a pleasure to work with. His market knowledge is expansive and shared in a manner that is respectful, trustworthy, and honest. He has made the experience of finding our family home one of excitement, enjoyment, and ease.

Angelica is awesome! She is very responsive, communicates very well, always on top of things, and very knowledgeable about the whole process. On top of that, she would go extra miles to help customers. For example, we got our form of closing cost from the title company. We reviewed the form and did not notice anything, due to our lack of knowledge. Angelica carefully reviewed it, and found a mistaken charge. We actually got a check of $$$ on closing day! I will recommend Angelica to my friends.
