I found Daev from a recommendation on Facebook. When I started to process of buying a home I was daunted. My lender cap was $250,000 and nothing seemed promising let alone possible.. Until I found a condo posted online that seemed perfect. The second I walked in I knew I wanted it to be my home. What Daev did to make sure I got it I can only describe as magic. I was out bid, and yet Daev knew exactly how to sell my marginally higher offer. Yall, THIS WAS MY FIRST OFFER on a condo. It normally would take 8-12 offers on various places, and being let down over and over again, finding and losing prospects left and right.
