Sell-side, realtors are a great investment when they have keen instincts for pricing the market appropriately and navigating offers and competing bids to clients' advantage. Ryan excelled at both. Our home sold for 10% over an already solid asking price in a softening market, and the list price + generating competing bids had lots to do with that. We were fortunate to buy at a good price and sell at an even better one, even though conditions were tricky for buyers when we bought and sellers when we sold. We've Ryan to thank for much of that.
