Melisa helped us find a home that fit every single one of our criteria (and the list was long!) with confidence and ease. She met me where I was at, listened to every detail, and deeply understood my situation and specific needs. Not only was she incredibly helpful with the logistics, but her insight into the psychological factors—like the deeper reasons behind buying a home—was truly remarkable (especially as a first-time homebuyer). Her take on the market and foresight into the process made me feel confident and taken care of every step of the way, warning me about potential scams, assessing sellers credibility, and reading between the lines on every front. Not to mention, her communication was lightning fast! Whenever a challenging moment arose, she was available almost instantly, explaining the situation, reducing doubt/anxiety, and giving us a solid approach to move forward. She also saved us an incredible amount of time by recommending a trustworthy home inspector and proactively reaching out to the county to inquire about permits, zoning, and plat maps. Melisa’s approach was always educational, respectful, and to the point. It was clear that she had a lifetime of experience, as her instinct and foresight were astonishing and deeply valued. Her diligence spanned further than I could ever expect, including personal counsel, keeping us accountable on deadlines, and ensuring no details were overlooked. In the end, Melisa helped us avoid countless hurdles. She truly is a lifelong asset, and continued to be tremendously helpful after the closing by recommending reliable plumbers, electricians, contractors, and handymen. She wasn’t just trying to sell us a home; she was genuinely invested in helping us meet all of our criteria and facilitate every aspect of the process. A blessing! It was truly a pleasure having Melisa in my corner throughout this process and I will absolutely be reaching out to her again for any future purchases or real estate expertise!

Lyn has been amazing throughout the sale process. She promptly replied to all of my questions and addressed all issues immediately. She always has a fantastic friendly attitude. I strongly recommend working with Lyn!

I just closed on my third house with Stephanie. She’s truly outstanding at what she does. She always takes the extra time to make sure the deal gets done right. We spent several months looking all over the Platt Park, Wash Park, and Cherry Creek neighborhoods and she was very patient with me. There was no pressure at all and eventually I found the perfect home. Thanks Stephanie!
