I had contacted a few other realtors before Carol was referred to me and within the first few minutes of meeting her I decided she was the one I wanted to handle this very important transaction for me. My instinct to do so was correct. Carol explained the process in a simple yet thorough way I could easily understand. Her prediction that my townhome would sell quick and at a fair price was right on the mark as we signed a contract within three days. All the while she remained resolute in keeping the process moving along, such as when the buyers requested an early closing of three weeks. I was really amazed at how much extra work was required to accomplish this with the inspection, the title company, the HOA paperwork, etc. etc. but Carol and her staff diligently stayed on top of every issue whether it was first thing in the morning or late at night. Those few times I needed to call her, she responded immediately. We did have one issue with an electric panel not being up-to-code and she knew who to call to get it replaced in time to not delay the closing. Carol was wonderful, she made this somewhat intimidating event go quite smoothly for me, I’m extremely happy and would definitely recommend her to all of you.

Bekah did such a great job of helping me close in a tough market. Between dropping her plans and helping me see homes I was interested in right away, she did a great job helping me get done what needed to get done. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful in her approach, and graceful in execution. I have and would recommend her to friends of mine looking for someone to help them out.
