Jess was a wonderful agent and helped walk us through the entire home buying process, from looking at homes to submitting an offer, dealing with objections and all the other complexities of buying a home. I signed a listing agreement with Jennifer on 12/2/21. Jennifer listed my house at 3340 South Eudora Street, Denver, CO on December 6, 2021 at a price that both of us agreed to. On December 6, 2021, the first day the house was listed, we had three offers, one that was $11k over our asking price. The house closed on January 4, 2022.
