I signed a listing agreement with Jennifer on 12/2/21. Jennifer listed my house at 3340 South Eudora Street, Denver, CO on December 6, 2021 at a price that both of us agreed to. On December 6, 2021, the first day the house was listed, we had three offers, one that was $11k over our asking price. The house closed on January 4, 2022. Jennifer provided excellent support through the entire process. She always answered any questions that I had the same day that I asked a question. I will use Jennifer as my relator the next time I sell or buy a house. I could not ask for a better relator!
