My former sister-in-law was a CA realtor and I spent a few months helping her out when I was between jobs. So I got to see the ins and outs of being a realtor. I met Dianne 15 years ago and could quickly tell that she was a great realtor. When I decided to sell my first home in CO, I chose Dianne. She exceeded my expectations. Diligent, thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable. She made my home look like I wanted to move back into it! It sold the first weekend it went onto the market! She also helped me buy my next home. It was a new-build and I had no idea that new-builds have their own unique set of "craziness." Dianne was right there by my side making sure that my interests were protected. I survived the process because of Dianne. When it came time to sell that house, of course, I contacted Dianne. It was not the best time in the market to sell. But Dianne exceeded my expectation again. Her knowledge of CO and the real estate market is the reason my house sold the first weekend it was on the market (despite market trends that could have prevented this). Anyone who knows me knows that I only say what I mean and mean what I say. I often brag about Dianne to the people I know. I tell them, if they want a top realtor in the industry, call Dianne. Getting a realtor like Dianne is worth it. Going through the buying/selling process with someone you know you can trust - PRICELESS!

I knew nothing about buying property and Sherri patirntly guided me thru every aspect of bome purchasing. In hindsight, after being in my new condo for about 2 months I feel like I wish I had done this 10 to 15 years ago and not wasted my funds on rentals all those years. Through my purchasing ignorance, Sherri stuck by me and took all of the phone calls from me of inquiry, of anxiety over all of the paperwork and other information request from entities real and conjured just to "take your money" Sherri is incredable. All realtors should be Sherri :O)
