We have owned several homes over the years in California. We moved to Colorado a couple of years ago to be here for our grandson. We rented for those two years and then decided to buy a home. Lisa was wonderful! She also helped my son and his wife buy a home. She responded quickly to all of my requests and never showed irritation with me. We highly recommend her.

Shelby was amazing to work with in selling my house. I moved to another state for work and depended on Shelby probably more than most home sellers in Colorado will but I can't thank her enough for being available mornings and evenings to answer my questions and providing updates on the sales process. I appreciated her honesty in giving me feedback on the house and what she felt was needed to sell it. Repairs cost money and I told her I trust her advice and will do what is needed to sell. I don't remember the exact date when my house was put on the market with Shelby but it sold relatively quickly. I started with a different realtor and I wasted months on the market until I was connected with Shelby through a coworker. Selling a house is stressful and you don't realize how much a good realtor is worth until you find one like Shelby. I moved for my job but if I ever come back to the Denver area, I will hire Shelby again.

Elise was very helpful and prompt in scheduling meetings and showings of properties. She also helped me through the entire offer process and was there through to closing. I would highly recommend her if anyone is looking into buying a home.
