Shelby was amazing to work with in selling my house. I moved to another state for work and depended on Shelby probably more than most home sellers in Colorado will but I can't thank her enough for being available mornings and evenings to answer my questions and providing updates on the sales process. I appreciated her honesty in giving me feedback on the house and what she felt was needed to sell it. Repairs cost money and I told her I trust her advice and will do what is needed to sell. I don't remember the exact date when my house was put on the market with Shelby but it sold relatively quickly. I started with a different realtor and I wasted months on the market until I was connected with Shelby through a coworker. Selling a house is stressful and you don't realize how much a good realtor is worth until you find one like Shelby. I moved for my job but if I ever come back to the Denver area, I will hire Shelby again.

Lori is the best! She’s hardworking, knowledgeable, and quick to respond, which made the entire process so much easier for us. Thanks to her insight, our house was under contract in just two weeks, a huge weight off our shoulders. During both the selling and buying process, she made sure every detail was handled and kept us informed every step of the way.
