(She also has rapport with insurance and escrow people, making everything easy for out of staters.) Once we picked the house, we had a short escrow to coincide with the timing of our sale, and everything has worked out great. She’s also given great advice on how to gear for winter (new for us), watching out for us even after the sale. A trustable person, and a great agent.
