Being a military family stationed over a thousand miles away made things more challenging, but Lita took on whatever needed to be accomplished to help us out. While the house was vacant and especially during the very cold nights, she'd stop at the house and ensure the cabinet doors were open to allow warmer air to protect the pipes from freezing.
