The first time I met Ashley in person, we were already under contract for my house in Colorado! I was living in Arizona at the time, getting ready to uproot and reestablish my life in Colorado. But with the heavy work schedule I had prior to moving, unfortunately I did not have time to visit Colorado in person before making the final decision on my house. Despite how crazy that may sound, Ashley made the decision so much easier, and natural with how much she was able to communicate with me. From consistent updates, filtering through my preferences, helping calculate commuting times, sending plentiful pictures and videos, using her own extensive knowledge of the Colorado area to help me choose a fitting home, helping narrow down all the options, and instilling complete confidence in my final decision. Going under contract shortly after, without ever seeing the house or meeting Ashley in person. I know it may sound strange, but this is the level of comfort, trust, and expertise she shared with me. And man, was it a wonderful home. I ended up living there for over 4 years, very much enjoying the house, which became my home. When it was finally time to move on, Ashley made the selling process just as easy for me. Constantly answering all of my questions, helping me stay ahead of deadlines and paperwork, and really helping me tie everything together with the house. It was such a smooth transition and transaction thanks to her. I have already, and will continue to recommend Ashley to my friends and family looking for a home in Colorado.
