Everything Bob did to help me though the process of selling my home was amazing. He was patience, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with, and reassuring. Every step of working with Bob was a pleasure. He understood all of my needs and even knew questions I would ask, before I even asked them. His experience is clear and without a doubt stellar. A true gentlemen. All he did from the beginning to the end of the sale of my home, was nothing less than outstanding. He will be the first agent I recommend to anyone in the future.

Bob Davis is the consumate professional. Very savvy about the market, the process of selling. His many years in the banking business, combined with years in real estate make him a perfect choice for any real estate need you may have. I highly recommend Bob!!

We came to her in April with a tight timeline and an even tighter budget, needing to have a house before our lease ended. She worked tirelessly, found us a ton of options, took us to a bunch of showings, and we closed in under a month on the perfect one. At every showing, she was knowledgeable and honest about things we should look out for, what needed to be fixed, what she thought could come up in inspection, etc. She has great contacts, and put us in touch with a lender and an inspection company that we will now swear by for any future real estate purchases. She is also great at finding niches in the market to get the most out of your budget. The point is, Erin is wonderful and if you want you want to find the perfect home, and want it to be easy, efficient, and fun, you need to work with her.
