We came to her in April with a tight timeline and an even tighter budget, needing to have a house before our lease ended. At every showing, she was knowledgeable and honest about things we should look out for, what needed to be fixed, what she thought could come up in inspection, etc. She has great contacts, and put us in touch with a lender and an inspection company that we will now swear by for any future real estate purchases. She is also great at finding niches in the market to get the most out of your budget. The point is, Erin is wonderful and if you want you want to find the perfect home, and want it to be easy, efficient, and fun, you need to work with her.
