Savannah was great to work with and would recommend anyone who is interested in buying and/or selling a home to work with her and her team. My fiancé and I wanted to move from Denver out to the suburbs in the Aurora/Centennial area to be closer to our families. When we first met her there was never any pressure from her for us to do business with her. We always had the "feel goods" with her and her team. She did a great job in talking us through the home selling and home buying process because in our situation we would have to sell our home in order to have the money to buy a home. She also has a fantastic network of contractors, painters, plumbers, and handymen to name a few. With their help we were able to get our condo ready to sell in less than two months time. Savannah was always patient with me, very responsive to any texts/phone messages, and really calmed my nerves as we navigated through getting under contract, going out to find our home, getting through inspection on both the buy and sell side, and to the finish line. The best thing I enjoyed in working with Savannah was when it came to the negotiation table. Whether it was getting under contract, going through inspection, closing dates and possession dates, she always made sure things were in our best interest and would explain things every step of the way. Savannah was amazing and am not sure we would be in our new home without the help and support of her and her team!
