Can't recommend Nancy enough!

We can't imagine having gone through this process with anyone other than Nancy. Although this was not our first home purchase, there are still many nuances and market factors that we needed an experienced guide for. Throughout the entire process Nancy was extremely professional and always early to our appointments. She gave excellent advice and when we were under contract she was able to have so many things about the home investigated in a short amount of time. Her negotiation skills were crucial and we were so impressed and grateful for her ability to get the sellers to agree to some extra repairs and maintenance work done. We still can't believe this home is ours!
