At times home ownership seemed like a far off distant goal - or even a pipe dream, until I contacted Hope to help me through the process. She helped me find my new home that meets all my needs, and in many ways exceeds my expectations. She tolerated my many questions as a first time home buyer, and she always met me with honesty (even at times the brutal truth.) Although as a first time home buyer, I did feel anxious throughout the process, I was assured that Hope had my very best interest in mind, and I feel as though I came out on top in the bargaining process. I am certain that if/when I am hunting again I will definitely call her, and I will recommend her to anyone I know entering this stage in life.

It’s hard to convey into words the tremendous experience I had with Aimee and Brian during my recent home search in Denver, CO. Talk about a dynamic duo! Brian’s 20+ years in in real estate and mortgage loans instilled the utmost confidence that no one else could have secured a better loan for me. He was also able to translate and bring down to my level all aspects of the process so that I could understand and feel really good about the decisions I was making. Amy is the most detailed oriented, organized, insightful and intuitive business person I have ever met in her profession. It’s like she had known me for years instead of a short 6 weeks because she anticipated anything and everything I could possibly ask or look for in my search. Moving and finding a new place to live can be a stressful time no matter how positive the circumstances. Aimee and Brian greatly reduced my stress and anxiety because I knew without a doubt they were on top of EVERYTHING at all times. I will always be very grateful to them for that. And the culmination of all their efforts, skill and genuine concern enabled me to find a wonderful place I absolutely love! It took time, patience and negotiation but they made it happen. Tell your friends, family, anyone that is looking for trusted, extremely competent and knowledgeable real estate professionals – Aimee and Brian DeLuccio.
