She worked to guide us through a unique situation and helped us to feel calm through stressful aspects of the process. Our house purchase was long, complex and had lots of problems associated with it from the bank and the property. Dawn stayed on top of all of these until they were resolved. She also does a great job of bird dogging items needing to be done and reminding me of deadlines. We now own the house with peaceful enjoyment.
