As first time buyers my husband and I felt overwhelmed.  We had heard so many horror stories of dishonest realtors-- were warned they would lie, cheat, and steal to close the deal as fast as possible.  Al couldn't be farther from this description.  He was patient-- took the time to understand what we wanted and was so generous with his time and expertise.  He was knowledgeable-- steered us away from houses with obvious red flags (cracks and water damage) and more subtle ones too-- proximity to highway sounds or industrial zoning.  He managed to make a highly stressful situation actually (dare I say it?) fun.  He rolled with my occasional cynical humor and our screaming children like a champ.  And he got us our house! He has earned his honest reputation and forever changed our minds about realtors.  We're converts and lifelong members of the Al fan club.

Nate took great care of us for both the sale of our old home and purchase of our new one. We had many unforeseen challenges come up during our home sale and Nate was super proactive and responded immediately to anything that came up. Also was a great partner in strategies and resolutions.
