I had such a great experience with Niki. As a first time homebuyer, I wanted a little more hand holding and she stepped up! She went out of her way to set up multiple video showings, since I was moving from across the state, and responded to my texts and calls at anytime. She knows the area and helped me find the perfect home, made sure I was comfortable with every step of the offer and closing process, and overall went above and beyond. I highly recommend working with Niki as a buyer or seller, you'll be in good hands.

Janell did an awesome job selling our condo. It went so fast and so smooth we couldn't believe it. I didn't feel like I had to do anything. She handled everything.
