We found a lot that already had house plans for it. Tyler was able to get us in to pick finishes as well as seller concessions! We were living in our camper after selling our house and he made sure we closed in a timely manner and that we were 100% happy with our home.

I have known and worked with Tyler for more than 6 years. His knowledge in our community and market is the best there is. He is always honest and up front when he thinks there could be problems and he will always make time for you when you need him. He is more than just a professional business man he is down to earth and friendly. You don’t feel like it’s just another house for him but instead it becomes a working friendship during the process.

Tyler was great, very responsive with all of our questions and needs while finding a home for my dad. And once we were under contract he kept in touch and made sure everything went smoothly!

Maureen Wixom Is the Best! I can’t say enough good things about Maureen Wixom! She was absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. What meant the most to me was that she was always there whenever I needed her, day or night. No matter what questions I had or what concerns came up, Maureen was always there to help, offer guidance, and make sure I never felt like I was going through it alone. Her kindness, patience, dedication, and genuine care went above and beyond my expectations. She made me feel like I mattered, and I always knew I could count on her. That kind of personal attention is hard to find, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did for me. I’m so excited about this house, and I know my son is going to LOVE it! I can’t wait to see him enjoy it and make wonderful memories there. And of course, I can’t wait to try Maureen’s famous rum cake! 😂❤️ If you’re looking for a realtor who truly cares, goes the extra mile, and is there for you day or night, I wholeheartedly recommend Maureen Wixom. She’s more than just a realtor—she’s someone you can trust and depend on. Thank you, Maureen, for helping make this experience so special for me and my family! 🏡❤️

She was very knowledgeable with every aspect as well as friendly and personable. She helped keep me on track with certain deadlines and was always quick to return a text or e-mail

Maureen was fantastic to work with. She was so professional and a great listener. She covered all of the details and walked us through every step of the process.

Paula was professional and knowledgeable through then entire process of selling my house. From the beginning to the end Paula made the process so easy. She took the time to explain each step of the way. On our very first meeting she had printed schedules and in valuable information to share. She was professional but added her human touch to put me at ease. She made helpful suggestions for staging my home for the first showing. Paula made herself available for any questions I might have. She made the whole process from beginning to closing a good experience. Paula certainly puts her sellers needs a priority. I am grateful to have had her to walk me through this process. I would definitely recommend her.

I highly recommend Paula. Very helpful, went the extra mile, and an absolute joy working with her.
