Janelle is absolutely one of the best agents I have ever worked with. She has sold many properties for where supposed top agents couldn’t. Not only did she sell quickly within a week or less in some cases but she got me top dollar. She doesn’t just list the property and wait for showings. She works it and stages personally to ensure the property is being worked. She makes you feel as if you were her only client. She’s amazing. I only use her to list properties for me now. Nobody else comes close.

So we weren't planning to move to Colorado from Virginia until April of 2023. We had contacted Katie around December of 2022. That's crazy early, right? Well, she didn't mind one bit.
