From Virginia to Colorado - All thanks to Katie!

So we weren't planning to move to Colorado from Virginia until April of 2023. We had contacted Katie around December of 2022. That's crazy early, right? Well, she didn't mind one bit. She answered all of our questions and looked at any and all the houses we asked her to. I even flew out one weekend and she met with me to look at houses for a day like a pro!
